Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl.

Step 2

Cook for 6-9 minutes, Varoma, Speed 2, MC off. At the 6 minute mark, check the consistency and cook for a further 2-3 minutes if you'd like your sauce to be thicker.

Step 3

Please note: sauce will thicken further on cooling.
