Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix 10 seconds / speed 5.
Step 2
Knead the dough for 2 minutes / lid closed / knead.
Step 3
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide into 12 balls. Flour each ball and cover with a tea towel.
Step 4
Roll out each ball to around 8 inches wide, as thin as you can get it.
Step 5
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
Step 6
Cook each tortilla for around 1 minute on one side, then flip and cook on the other side for 30 seconds - 1 minute, until golden brown patches appear.
Step 7
Stack the cooked tortillas and cover with a towel to keep warm and soft while you cook the remaining.
