Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until evenly mixed.

Step 3

Roll the dough into 1″ balls and place 2″ apart on the prepared baking sheets.

Step 4

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are puffed and cracked on the surface like a crinkle cookie. Let cool on the baking sheets.
