Alternate adding the olive oil mixture and the flour mixture into the eggs a scoop at a time and all incorporated

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Butter a 10 inch cake pan, dust with flour, and line with parchment paper on the bottom

Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes

Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
