Step 1

Cook ramen according to directions on package, then drain.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook garlic and red chili flakes 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Step 3

Stir in ramen noodles.

Step 4

Move noodles to one side of the pan. Add egg to the other side of the pan and scramble. Once egg is cooked, mix everything together.

Step 5

Serve and garnish with everything bagel seasoning, red chili flakes and green onions.
