Tinfoil Packet Cheesy Fries

Step 1

Double layer two large pieces of tinfoil appox. 12"x14".

Step 2

Layer fries and cheese, alternately create two layers.

Step 3

Wrap in tinfoil, rolling ends tightly together creating a packet.

Step 4

Place in the fire near the hot coals but not directly in the fire.

Step 5

Allow to heat through and cook in the fire for about 15 minutes.

Step 6

Top with green onions or chives.

Step 7

Serve with ketchup for dipping.
