30 whole ladyfingers (Italian cookies)2 pkg (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk1/4 cup espresso powder1 bar (3.5 ounces) 85% dark chocolate (I used Green & Blacks)8 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping

Step 1

Begin by making chocolate curls. (Follow instructions in this video [HERE|http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeemBInz0D8]).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with condensed milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside.

Step 3

Lay 10 ladyfingers along bottom of large trifle bowl. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of espresso powder. Top with 1/3 of cream cheese mixture. Repeat two more times. Top final layer with chocolate curls and remaining espresso powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve. ENJOY!
