Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Make a well in the middle and break in the eggs and milk. Whisk the eggs and milk and then mix slowly into the flour. You want a batter that's about as thick as pancake batter. If it's too thick, add water or milk. Cover the batter and let it rest while you finish the rest of the steps.
Step 3
Put oil into a heatproof 6 x 3 pan. Cut sausages in half and place them into the oil. Set the air fryer to 400F for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Carefully pour in the batter on top of the oil and sausages.
Step 5
Set the air fryer to 360F for 20 minutes, or until the batter has risen and is browned on top.
