Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin powder into boiling water. This can be done in a large bowl, using a whisk.

If your silken tofu is too watery, use a tofu press to squeeze out the excess moisture.

Place your sliced tofu into a food processor, add in honey and soy milk. Blend until well combined.
