Step 1

Dissolve the gelatin powder into boiling water. This can be done in a large bowl, using a whisk.

Step 2

If your silken tofu is too watery, use a tofu press to squeeze out the excess moisture.

Step 3

When you're happy with the texture, slice the silken tofu into small pieces.

Step 4

Place your sliced tofu into a food processor, add in honey and soy milk. Blend until well combined.

Step 5

Dump the ingredients into a large bowl, and pour in your dissolved gelatin and almond extract.

Step 6

Gently mix the ingredients using a whisk.

Step 7

Pour the mixture into ramekins and leave them to set up in the refrigerator for 1 hr.

Step 8

While the mixture is setting in the fridge, begin making the strawberry sauce.

Step 9

Place the strawberries, honey, and lemon juice into a food processor and blend together until silky smooth.

Step 10

Remove your tofu pudding from the refrigerator and run a knife gently around the edges to loosen them.

Step 11

Place the sweet tofu dessert onto a plate and remove the ramekin.

Step 12

Pour over your strawberry sauce.

Step 13

Add extra strawberries or fresh mint to complete your soft tofu dessert recipes.
