Lavar y secar tomates. Cortar una tapa en la parte superior y vaciar con una cuchara las semillas. Reservar boca abajo en un colador para que se escurran.

Picar el perejil.

Preparar puré de patatas según el embalaje con sólo 500 ml (2 vasos y 1/de agua y sal.
Step 4
Mezclar el atún con el puré las aceitunas negras y el perejil (reservar un poco para decorar). Dejar enfriar.
Step 5
Una vez frío rellenar los tomates con el puré de patatas y espolvorear con el perejil picado.
