Step 1

Mix Filling: In a large bowl. Combine the pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Step 2

Prepare Wontons: Place a teaspoon of filling. In the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water. Fold into a triangle. And press the edges. To seal. Bring the two corners of the triangle together. And press to secure.

Step 3

Set Aside: Dust the bottom of each wonton lightly with flour. And set them on a parchment-lined tray.

Step 4

Simmer Broth: In a large pot. Combine chicken broth, garlic, ginger slices, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat. And let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and discard the garlic. And ginger.

Step 5

Cook Wontons: Add the wontons to the simmering broth. Cook for 4-6 minutes. Until the pork is fully cooked.

Step 6

Serve: Remove from heat. And serve the soup hot. Garnished with sliced green onions.
