Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat your grill to 350°F.
Step 2
Prep your asparagus by washing, drying, and trimming off the woody ends. Ideally, you want them to be a uniform length.
Step 3
Group the asparagus into sets of Place two next to each other, smear some cream cheese on them, and then place the third stalk on top of the cream cheese.
Step 4
Wrap the bundle in a slice of bacon.
Step 5
Sprinkle the bacon on all sides with some Tajín.
Step 6
Carefully place the bundles on a write rack prepped with baking spray or a vegetable grill mat (with holes in it.) You can also do them directly on the grill grates, but it is easier to maneuver them on and off the grill if you use a mat or rack.
Step 7
Cook for 5 minutes, and then roll the bundles around carefully. You want the bacon to cook evenly on all sides.
Step 8
Continue to rotate the bundles every couple of minutes until the bacon is fully cooked.
Step 9
Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
