Wash and cut the tops off of the peppers, and then slice them in half the long way. Scrape the seeds and the membranes out, and set aside.

Step 4
Spoon the softened cream cheese mixture into the popper, and wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Step 5
Place on wire racks that are non-stick or have been sprayed with non-stick spray, and grill for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked.
