Blend together peppers, garlic, culantro.

Add 4-ounce vinegar.

Add curry powder, black pepper, salt, onion powder, mustard to the blended pepper.

Blend to consistency wanted (See notes)
Step 5
Pour mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Immediately remove from heat

Leave to cool
