If you love chocolate, this recipe is for you!  I did make a few changes to the recipe, however.  I baked mine in a greased 8 inch skillet for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.  This gave the brownies a cake-like thickness, but still had a moist and fudgy center.  I also added a tablespoon of medium roast coffee to the batter to enhance the chocolate flavor.  My kids loved this recipe, and I will definitely make it again!

These ended up very gooey and moist, couldn't hardly pick one up to eat it. They were also very sticky. The flavor was ok, but I won't make them again.

Incredible, who would have thought a recipe this easy would be so delicious??  If you don't bake anything else, this should be your "go to" speciality.  Yum!

Just OK.  Decent taste, but somewhat artificial tasting.  Moist, but more sticky and pasty, rather than gooey or fudgy.  My son said it was good, but didn't really qualify as a brownie.  I'll stick to my regular recipe.

I make mine Quadruple chocolate by frosting them with choc fudge frosting.

I am a mother of two teenagers and a high school teacher.  This is the most requested brownie recipe by my own kids and my high school kids!

I need on any brownie a little frosting, so i just made a quick one by melting 2 sqs or dark chocolate and a little butter then added powdered sugar and a little cream and called it done.  Oh my, between my Mom and myself we ate almost the entire pan over the weekend!   Cannot just stop at one!  Yummy will make again and again and again.....

I have made this several times. I even use chocolate milk to make the pudding, and frost it with chocolate frosting for more chocolate flavor. Great!

this recipe is super easy I have made this several times already also I  made this recipe using sugar free cake mix , sugar free pudding mix and semi sweet chocolate chips my husband loves this he can eat his chocolate brownies without feeling guilty ..

I made these to take to a church picnic.  They tasted great but were much gooier than the picture - I think I'll halve the amount of choc chips next time.  This is a terrific recipe for a party or Potluck - very easy and the brownies come out moist and tender.  I used one of these new-fangeled double-bottom baking sheets, lined with a new Reynolds Wrap product which is foil on one side and parchment paper on the other so I didn't have to grease my new pan, which came with its own lid - perfect!

Very good.  I add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee to the pudding for even more chocolate flavor.

Agree this is more like a snack cake but it is super easy, tasty, and would make a great dessert to take to a potluck large gathering as it makes a lot! Baked for 30 min at 350 and they came out perfect and easy to cut.

I have made this recipe many times. I have sometimes cut the choc chips in half & it was equally good!!!

I have made this recipe lots of times...with some changes..being diabetic i use sugar free cook & serve pudding,,,stir in a sugar free chocolate cake mix while pudding is hot pour into prepared pan..sprinkle 1/2 c choc chips and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts over  top and bake...these changes will cut the calorie-carb-sodium numbers almost in half...Supatina

Try this recipe with spice cake, butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips.  Very good.  Also, use one cup chopped nuts and one cup chips and try peppermint or peanut butter chips for a different flavor.

Very good. Not really a brownie (I just call it snack cake). It is so easy to whip up & serve guests. I do use the pudding mix you cook first. Don't know if that makes a difference, but it's a family favorite.

Love that this is so easy with minimal ingredients. It’s good, but is it the best brownie ever? Not even close. Texturewise, it’s a cross between snack cake and brownie. Tastewise, it doesn’t have a rich chocolate taste even though I used chocolate fudge pudding and chocolate fudge cake mix. I plan to make a fudge buttercream or ganache topping, which will add to the taste. I might make this again to serve at a family gathering.

Was looking for a quick chocolate fix and found this recipe that I had all the ingredients for-great taste even moist around the edges. A hit with the grandchildren, too!

These did not turn out as expected, too dry and dense for my taste, and not fudgy.

By mistake I used a large box of pudding, and only 1 cup of chocolate chips. They turned out great, almost like a molten lava cake. Great with ice cream or cool whip!
