Step 1
Combine cookie ingredients in large bowl using electric mixer. Cover with plastic and place in refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 2
When ready to bake preheat oven to 350˚F. Carefully roll dough into balls 1 1/2” across. Roll each ball first in granulated sugar then in powder sugar. Place on lined baking sheets 2” apart.
Step 3
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on bottoms. Allow to cool in pans for 5 minutes before removing to wire to cool completely.
