Step 1

Soak the dried mangos and10 pitted dates in hot water until softened (approximately 5 min)

Step 2

Remove the fruit and place on paper towel, reserving the water

Step 3

Thoroughly dry the fruit, then combine the dates and mangoes in a food processor or blender with the ground flax seed and 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Step 4

Add some reserved water if needed

Step 5

Scoop out spoonful's of the mixture and roll into balls

Step 6

Coat the bites with shredded coconut
