Step 1
In a cocktail shaker (or mason jar) combine pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut cream and lime juice. Top with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, until icy cold.
Step 2
Strain the mocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a dash of freshly grated nutmeg. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, citrus wheel and/or cocktail umbrella, as desired. Cheers!
