Preheat a grill to medium heat.

In a large bowl or a large resealable plastic bag, add the olive oil, the lime juice, the cilantro, the garlic, the salt, the pepper, the paprika, the chili powder, and the red pepper flakes.

Add the shrimp and toss until coated.
Step 4
Cover the bowl or seal the bag and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Soak eight wooden kabob skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

Transfer the shrimp from the marinade, shaking off any excess and reserving the remaining marinade.

Thread the shrimp and the pineapple onto the soaked skewers.

Place the skewers on the grill and brush with the reserved marinade.

Cover and cook, flipping and brushing with the marinade halfway through until the shrimp is pink and cooked through at 145 degrees F, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve.
