Tropical Smoothie Recipe

pineapple (cubed)

strawberries (quartered)

banana (sliced)

low-fat vanilla greek yogurt

pineapple or apple juice

Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.

This is one of my favorite smoothies. I’m not a fan of pineapple…except on pizza and in this smoothie!

I replaced the apple juice with orange juice. Loved it!!!

soooo good. threw in a little spinach as well and replaced the juice with oat milk, would def RECOMMEND
