Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a casserole dish (approx. 30 x 25 x 6 cm) and set aside.

Step 2

Place a thermal serving bowl or other large bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh pasta into it. Place bowl with pasta onto kitchen bench and cover with boiling water. Stir pasta and water, then cover and set aside. Stir pasta once or twice while sauce is cooking.

Step 3

Place cheese and parsley into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 9. Transfer 100 g of the mixture to a large bowl and set aside.

Step 4

Add panko breadcrumbs into mixing bowl and mix 5 sec//speed 4. Transfer mixture to a separate bowl and set aside. Do not clean mixing bowl.

Step 5

Place onion, garlic and butter into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 7, then sauté 3 min/Varoma/speed 1.

Step 6

Add flour and milk and mix 4 sec/speed 5, then cook 6 min/80°C/speed 4.

Step 7

Add tuna, corn kernels, creamed corn, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice (optional) and mix 5 sec//speed 4. Transfer to bowl with cheese and parsley mixture.

Step 8

Drain pasta, add to tuna mixture and stir to combine. Season to taste, then transfer into prepared casserole dish. Top with reserved breadcrumb mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes (180°C) or until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
