Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Top with a wire cooling rack. (The rack is optional. If you don't have one just place bacon on the foil.)

Step 3

Lightly spray rack with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 4

Place turkey bacon on wire rack in a single layer.

Step 5

Bake for 10 minutes and then carefully flip the turkey bacon over. Cook another 5-10 minutes depending on how done you like your bacon.
