Step 1
In an airtight/mason jar, add in your cream, half and half, ube simple syrup and ube extract.
Step 2
Close the lid and shake until the foam thickens up (about 1-2 minutes)
Step 3
Prepare a tall glass with ice and your favourite cold brew or iced coffee.
Step 4
Pour ube cold foam on top, serve and enjoy!
