We tried this recipe for the first time last night. And, trying it out with visiting relatives! Anyhow, all of us absolutely LOVED this recipe!!!!! It was AMAZING!!! I don't usually take the time to write a review, and after reading some of the "negative" comments below, I just had to put my two cents in.  In our household we rate a recipe from 1-10. Ten being the best ever and a recipe we would cook again.  We gave this recipe an 11!!! We can't wait to cook it again for ourselves or to take to family stuck at home. P.S this recipe was even better with homemade chicken stock and fresh herbs from our garden.

Fresh, light, and delicious, and not too complicated or time-consuming. I will be making this regularly.
