Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325F.
Step 2
Whisk all ingredients except the almonds in the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Add the almonds and stir to coat.
Step 3
Spread the coated almonds on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake 15 minutes until lightly toasted and caramelized.
Step 5
Let them cool for 15 minutes, then break them apart if needed. Store in an airtight container up to two weeks.
