Puree mango in a blender until smooth

Step 2

Combine cornstarch and lime juice, set aside

Step 3

Add the pureed mango, sweetener, lime zest and coconut milk to a pan. Heat until bubbling

Step 4

Now slowly drizzle in the cornstarch mixture and continue to stir. The mixture should thicken within 2 minutes. Once it sticks to the spatula remove from heat and place in a bowl. Once cooled, place in the fridge to firm up. Garnish w/coconut whip.
