Step 1
Mash the ripe bananas and mix them with almond milk, baking powder, and optional ingredients. Then, mix in the flour. The batter will be slightly lumpy, which is ok!
Step 2
Heat a skillet to medium and add a little (vegan ) butter. Once it's melted and begins to bubble, scoop in 3-4 tbsp of the batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the top and then flip. They should be golden brown!
