Step 1

1. Prep the sauce by whisking together warm water with cornstarch. Then add the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic and stir to combine.

Step 2

2. Heat a wok over medium high heat and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil or enough to coat the pan. Add the Beyond Steak and toss to coat. Let sear for 5-6 minutes stirring when the underside starts to brown.

Step 3

3. Add the broccoli and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn the heat to low and add the sauce.

Step 4

4. Toss to coat the steak and vegetables. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the broccoli is cooked through.

Step 5

5. Serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
