Step 1
In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, add vegan butter and brown sugar and start to melt them together.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil. Boil for about 3 minutes or until the brown sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a baking chip mold, ensuring each cavity is filled (it's ok if the mixture flows over the entire mold. however this will make the chips a bit 'chunkier').
Step 5
Place the mold into a freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
Step 6
Un-mold the chips and use as desired.
