Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175C/350F.

Step 2

Place the sheet of puff pastry on a sturdy chopping board.

Step 3

Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt, peppercorn and oregano.

Step 4

Cut the puff pastry into long strips. Roll each strip, tightly and seal the edge.

Step 5

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheesy rolls become golden and crisp.
