Step 1
Line a 18cm x 30cm baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2
Melt cacao butter and maple syrup in a small saucepan over a low heat.
Step 3
Once melted, turn off heat and add cacao powder and vanilla. Whisk with a fork to combine.
Step 4
Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl and use a wooden spoon to mix everything together.
Step 5
Pour liquid chocolate over dry ingredients and mix everything together until it’s evenly coated in chocolate.
Step 6
Spoon into baking tray and press down with a spatula, smoothing off the top.
Step 7
Place in the freezer for 2 hours to set.
Step 8
Cut into 8 large squares or 16 kid-sized rectangles.
