Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 400F/200C.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Place the bread cubes on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the herbs, garlic powder if using, salt and peppercorn.
Step 4
Using your hands toss the bread cubes together so the oil and herbs are evently distributed.
Step 5
Spread the bread cubes out evenly and bake in the centre of the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Check the vegan croutons to see if they are done according to your liking. I like to turn them around at this point and bake them for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and allow them to cool at room temperature or feel free to use them in your dish right away.
Step 8
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
