Mix together all the wet ingredients, broth, paste, soy sauce, olive oil in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and knead together for a few minutes until it becomes firm and meaty. Cut into four equal pieces. In a large pot, add the 4 Cups of broth and the soy sauce for the simmering liquid, to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the seitan. Make sure it doesn't boil while the seitan is in there. Simmer for 45-60 minutes until nice and firm. Use for many different recipes!
