Step 1
Place the mikan (satsuma) in the freezer.
Step 2
Wait until completely frozen.
Step 3
Take the mikan out of the freezer and dip in cold water for a few seconds.
Step 4
Return the mikan to the freezer for a few more hours.
Step 5
When completely frozen, take the mikan out of the freezer and allow it to thaw on the countertop for a few minutes.
Step 6
Peel the mikan and eat immediately, while still frozen. That's your delicious, easy and vegan mikan sorbet!
