Step 1
Start making your vegan protein breakfast bowl by adding vegan kefir (plain) and vegan protein powder into a protein shaker cup (or use a whisk in a bowl). Mix until well combined then pour into a bowl. If you rather use vegan yogurt and/or if you don’t have a shaker cup, place the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine instead.
Step 2
Feel free to add any sweetener of choice, if needed. Top with fresh fruit of choice and granola, if desired. And Voila! A high-protein breakfast bowl!
