A little Monday mug cake action for you this morning! 🎃🍫 I’ve actually been holding onto this recipe for a week because I didn’t want to seem *too* pumpkin crazed - like that’s even a thing 😉 I couldn’t hold onto any longer though, that would be a crime against all pumpkin lovers 😋⠀

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake

oat flour

oat milk

maple syrup

pumpkin purée

coconut oil

flaxseed

pumpkin pie seasoning

salt

vegan chocolate chips

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Transfer to a greased ramekin or mug.

Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds and enjoy!
