Directions Boil the chopped potatoes until soft for about 15-20 minutes. Puree the potatoes together with the soy cream, soy milk salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat up the sauerkraut in a pot, add a bit of water if needed. Use a skillet to heat up the oil and roast the vegan sausages from all sites until golden brown for about 5 minutes. Serve the vegan sausage with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes on the side and add some mustard, enjoy!
