Step 1
Slice the peppers and onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil over a medium heat and add the sliced vegetables, cooking for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the spices and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the cooked vegetables between two wraps and top each with half the cheese.
Step 5
Place the remaining wraps on top of the filled tortillas.
Step 6
Place in a dry frying pan, and cook for 3-4 minutes over a low cook either side.
Step 7
Serve cut into wedges with guacamole and salad, and plenty of hot sauce.
