Step 1

To start, cut the butter into small cubes and place in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes or until the butter is totally melted.

Next, cut the Velveeta into similar sized chunks and add to the butter. Place it in the microwave and melt it all together. This takes 2 - 3 minutes. Keep checking so your mix doesn't burn, and use a wire whisk to combine the two.

Next, add in your peanut butter and whisk the entire mix together. Add the vanilla and stir to combine.

Step 4

Finally, add in the powdered sugar and gently fold it into your mixture until it is completely incorporated.

Step 5

Once your mixture is ready, spread it out onto a large cookie sheet inlaid with some wax paper. Spread it to all corners and make sure it is nice
