Step 1
Take your pork and rub it all over with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Place it into the slow cooker, side with the most fat facing up.
Step 2
Pour the chicken broth all around the outside edge of the pork and add the minced garlic and lemon juice. Take the chipotle peppers and crush them in your hands as you add them into the crock pot.
Step 3
Cook on low for 10 hours then shred. Then spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and broil until crisp.
