Step 1
Toss walnuts in coconut oil, brown sugar, and ginger and heat on medium in a large skillet. Stir periodically until the nuts begin to brown and the sugar begins to caramelize.
Step 2
Add in pears and sear on both sides, just until they begin to soften. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Plate by layering spinach leaves, warm nuts and pears, Greek yogurt, and sprinklings of ground cinnamon and coconut chips (optional). Eat warm.
