Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
Step 2
Boil potatoes until soft. Meanwhile, place cream and butter in a separate pot and bring to the boil.
Step 3
Mash potatoes and once mashed, add the cream and butter mixture and stir to combine.
Step 4
Stir in wasabi and salt to taste. Keep warm.
Step 5
Preheat grill to medium. Grill chicken, skin-side down, until browned. Increase heat to high, turn chicken and cook skin-side up until meat is cooked through and skin is crisp.
Step 6
Serve mash and chicken with extra wasabi.
