Step 1
Add raw egg yolks and honey in a medium mixing bowl. Skip the cacao powder if making vanilla flavoured ice cream. Add the cacao powder, if making chocolate flavoured ice cream.
Step 2
Use a hand mixer to whisk the mixture until well combined.
Step 3
Add vanilla extract, cannabutter and whipping cream to the mixing bowl. Whisk again using the mixer until the content thickens.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture into a freezer-proof container, covered.
Step 5
Freeze the ice cream for 6 hours or until completely hardened.
