1.Use a mortar and pestle to pound the garlic and chillies to a rough paste.

2.To make the stir-fry sauce, mix together the oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar.

Step 3

3.Heat the oil in wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the paste and cook for half a minute. Then add the mince meat and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until just cooked. Add the zucchini and the stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes. Toss through the basil. Remove from heat and serve with the rice.
