Step 1
Bohnen in ein Sieb abgießen, dabei den Bohnensud auffangen. Bohnen kalt abspülen und abtropfen lassen.
Step 2
Bohnen (bis auf 3 El) mit 6 El Bohnensud, Knoblauch, Tahin, Zitronensaft und etwas Salz feincremig pürieren, dabei eventuell noch etwas Bohnensud zugeben. Ducca unterrühren.
Step 3
Hummus in eine flache Schale geben. Ganze Bohnen und etwas Ducca darüberstreuen. Hummus mit Olivenöl beträufeln. Er passt sehr gut zu gerösteten Möhren (s. Rezept unten).
