Step 1

Pulse feta in a food processor for 3-5 seconds or until finely crumbled. Add the softened cream cheese and pulse for 10 seconds or until the mixture is combined and smooth. With the food processor still running, slowly pour in the heavy cream. Continue pulsing for around 15 seconds or until a light and fluffy dip has formed.

Step 2

Transfer dip to a covered serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
