Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Set the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Combine the cashew butter, egg, applesauce, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine oats, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine.
Step 5
Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Step 6
Spread the batter into a greased or parchment paper lined 8x8 baking pan.
Step 7
Top with more white chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended!) and blueberries. I chopped my blueberries in half and then placed them with the cut side down, but you could totally just leave them whole as well.
Step 8
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
