White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Step 1

Wash the strawberries and let them dry or blot dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper.

Step 3

In a medium glass bowl add the white chocolate and vegetable oil.

Step 4

Melt in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway.

Step 5

Remove from the microwave, and stir.

Step 6

Take one strawberry at a time and dip the lower half into the white chocolate. Let the white chocolate drip for a few seconds, to avoid any excess.

Step 7

Gently place the strawberry on the baking sheet.

Step 8

Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
