White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Absolutely delicious! The perfect way to begin Christmas cookie baking.

We just made these delicious cookies, followed the recipe adding 1 tbsp of butter. I did mix the cranberries and chips with my hand and dough was fine. Will add to my recipe box and I'm sure I will be making another batch before Christmas.

Delicious.  I found that rolling the dough into 1" balls before dropping onto the cookie sheet worked better.

I added some chopped nuts and added the juice of one clementine and a bit of the zest to the recipe. 375* was too hot so I turned the oven down to 325*. Cookies came out perfectly after that adjustment.

I made these cookies for Christmas gifts everybody loved them the only thing I changed in the recipe was the cranberries I used the ocean spray low sugar cranberriesthey were perfectly sweet enough with the white chocolate chipsand the low sugar cranberries were delightful I will be making these again soon thanks for the recipe happy new year

Have been making these for several years and they are an absolute favorite year round.  Everyone gets excited whenever I bring them to get-to-gethers and they quickly disappear!  Love them!

These were a huge hit with my family.  Espcially my husband.  Next time I'm going to try dried raspberries.

Followed recipe for first batch, cookies were just OK, and did not like how it mixed.Second batch, I used 1/2 cup butter and reduced flour to 1 1/4 cup.Cook until tops are just set, and were soooo delicous, soft and chewy.

P.S. Adding white chocolate drizzle will add a formal touch for any special occasion.

I've read several reviews stating there isn't enough moisture. Trust the recipe. Cookie dough isn't supposed to be wet, per se. It is a very good recipe, but I will probably try using 1/3 cup chocolate pieces because the chocolate kills a lot of the cranberry taste. I also added a hand of toasted, chopped, Georgia pecans. Very tasty cookie. My dad will love them! Thank you for sharing!

Made these the past 2 years and have nothing but praise.. very good.

I doubled the recipe because I give out tins of baking for the holidays. These are yum. Had no white chocolate so used semi-sweet choc chips. I've added these to my repetoire of "gift" cookies.

Excellent cookie and if you don't happen to have white chips....they are just as yummy with semi-sweet chocolate chips.

I made these cookies 3 years ago for the first time, and everyone liked them so much they were added to the list of cookies that i make and give away as Christmas gifts every year.

I substituted half of  the butter with Lands of Lakes margarine,doubled the recipe and baked for about seven minutes. Cookies were tender and very tasty.

This is our family's new go to cookie recipe we all love these it doesn't make a ton and so your not tempted with them for long. So easy and simple ingredients! Yummy! Only difference I make is a pinch of nutmeg, and they also make really good super cookies if you wanted to try big ones!

The dough was so dry I had to mash it together and then roll it into a ball...  there was no "dropping" ... but they came out tasting delicious.  A chunky cookie.  I drizzled with a little white chocolate to dress it up.  I will make these again, but I might smash them down before baking so they aren't so "bally"
