Spread parchment paper on cookie sheet

Using a double boiler, melt white chocolate chips, adding oil as it begins to melt to prevent clumping.

Step 3

When chocolate is melted, pour on parchment paper. Spread out as much as you can.

Step 4

Pour Andes baking chips over melted chocolate.

Step 5

Let cool in refrigerator.

Step 6

When cold, cut and serve!
